Bolo de coco gelado

Ingredientes

Massa:

. 1 xícara (chá) de manteiga
. 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar
. 4 ovos
. 1 colher (chá) de fermento em pó
. 1/2 colher (chá) de bicarbonato
. 2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
. 1/2 xícara (chá) de leite.

Calda:

. 1 lata de leite condensado
. 3/4 de xícara (chá) de leite
. 200 g de coco fresco ralado ou de pacote

Modo de preparo:

Na batedeira, bata todos os ingredientes, exceto o leite. Adicione o leite e bata mais um pouco. Coloque a massa numa assadeira de 30,5 cm x 20 cm, untada. Leve para assar em forno quente (200ºC), preaquecido, por 20 minutos ou até que enfiando um palito, ele saia limpo. Deixe esfriar e desenforme. Corte 21 quadrados do bolo. Reserve. Numa tigela funda, misture o leite condensado e o leite. Passe cada quadrado de bolo neste líquido e depois no coco ralado. Embrulhe os pedaços em papel-alumínio e leve para gelar. Sirva bem gelado.

Dare I say it…? Raphael and Lucrezia were pretty good in their verbal chit chats that I think, in another world they may have been good frenemies. Methinks that Raphael is actually a silent but cool guy who’d actually be better off as king.

It got me thinking that Lucrezia should’ve married Raphael instead of wimpy Alfonso because she’s attracted to men who strive for or at least are destined for power (coughs* Cesare). They would definitely be a power couple in Naples and the crazy half brother, Frederigo wouldn’t stand a chance.

This doesn’t change the fact that CESARE & LUCREZIA are forevaaahhh though!

Also side note: did anyone find it funny that the dog, the one who is bloody murdered’s name was Sebastian? As in Sebastian DeSouza…hahaha. Joke. hahaha… No joke. Not hatin’ just pointin’ an observation out. I literally LOL’d when she approached the dead dog (whom I mentally replaced with Alfonso in the same dead position) going “Sebastian?!”.

P.S. Micheletto finally gets sexy time with his beautiful boy toy. Love it :)

P.S.S. Lucrezia is finally a manipulative woman.
